Unfortunately, you cannot make any changes to the order on your side. While UAG can make changes to an order, we must know as soon as possible. Once a shipment has left our warehouse and is in transit, there is nothing we will be able to do until you receive and return the shipment.
To request a order change, please submit an "Modify Order" ticket to your Customer Support Department. Please submit your ticket under this category so that we can respond to your request as soon as possible.
