To submit a warranty claim, please submit a "Warranty Claim" ticket to our Customer Support Department by clicking here. In your ticket, you'll be asked to include:
- Your Email Address
- Product Name
- Pictures of the damaged product
- Pictures of the receipt showing proof of purchase
Once we receive your ticket, we will reply back with more information and when you can expect to receive your replacement.
Note: For an expedited resolution, please include the requested information and pictures in your ticket.
